Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Job Card Management:

• Create and manage job cards for all incoming vehicles, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer and vehicle details.
• Track job card progress to ensure timely updates and closures.

Preventive Maintenance Parts Selling:

• Identify and promote preventive maintenance parts to customers during service consultations.
• Provide detailed explanations of benefits to improve customer understanding and trust.

Joyrides:

• Conduct and oversee pre-delivery joyrides to ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks meet quality standards.
• Document any additional issues observed during joyrides and communicate them promptly.

Engine Oil Management:

• Monitor and ensure proper usage of engine oil for all service activities.
• Maintain inventory and replenish stock as required.

Customer Experience Index (CEI) Oversight:

• Uphold CEI standards by ensuring superior customer interactions at all service touchpoints.
• Address and resolve customer queries or complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.

Workshop SOP Compliance:

• Ensure all tasks are performed in alignment with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Regularly update team members on SOP changes or improvements.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct final inspections of serviced vehicles to guarantee adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve any detected issues before vehicle delivery.

Team Coordination:

• Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and other team members to streamline workshop operations.
• Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure seamless workflow.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of all workshop activities, including service reports and parts usage.
• Generate periodic performance and inventory reports for managerial review.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automobile workshop operations, preferably in two-wheeler servicing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and vehicle diagnostics.
• Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
