Front Line Officer Compliance & Contract Labour Management
Job Description
:1. Contract Workforce Management: Coordinate and support in managing of contract workforce under contractual agreements for smooth running of unit operations.2. Statutory Compliances of Contract labour management: Adherence to laws, regulations, and statutory requirements set forth by government authorities or regulatory bodies for compliance management.3.Contracting and Budgeting: Optimizing resource utilization, managing costs, and ensuring that the deliverables meet the desired standards within the defined financial parameters.4. Systems & sustainability: To ensure effective implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Sustainability Systems for achieving Business Excellence.5. Safety Health & Environment Initiative : To lead & ensure implementation of ABG safety system & procedures. To follow all safety requirements as stipulated by the Factories Act being the welfare officer & environment related statutory requirements
