Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term. Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts. Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy. Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers. Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet. Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches. Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up. Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget. Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs. Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback. Supporting the development and launch of new products. Ideal Profile You have at least 2 year experience ideally in Sales (B2C) or Brand / Product Management within Healthcare & Lifesciences industry. You have prior experience in dealing with Distributors. You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales. Experience within Area Sales, New Product Development, would be a strong advantage. Experience within Healthcare would be a strong advantage. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong networker & relationship builder You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
