Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite You will be working as Front End Sales Engineer - Drive Products and will be part of Motion Business for Drive Products division, based in Chandigarh - India You will be mainly responsible for below: Budget, Planning and Execution Achieve the sales target of completely new business for Drive Products division ( VFD Products). To Primarly focus on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market. Look for new customer, opportunitity untapped by ABB. Achieve the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time. Develop new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in Cluster. Work together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth. Prepare business plan for each focused market focused on activity. Drive business growth with EU/CP/ OEM /SIs with proper business planning & intime support. Continuously gain knowledge on new applications to present ABB product advantages better. Market Development Do inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition. Work closely with the CP/OEM/SIs and share success stories. Sell with proper product positioning. Ownership Full commitment to meet the budget numbers. Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed. Interact regularly with CP/OEM/SIs sales engineer to drive them to meet committment. Co-rordinate with the operations team to ensure commitment on the delivery. MIS Regularly give update on business done product line wise and market wise. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders. Projects & key account management Systematically track the key projects and Customer activity. Develop a business plan for large CP/OEM/SIs and take responsibility.Qualifications for the role
