Front End Developer :

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop User Interfaces (UI):
• Design and implement responsive and interactive websites or web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Create UI elements like buttons, menus, forms, and navigation that enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with Design and Back-End Teams:
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to turn design concepts into functional and visually appealing web pages.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and databases.
• Ensure Cross-Browser Compatibility:
• Test and optimize websites to ensure they work across various browsers and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to layout, performance, and functionality.
• Optimize Performance:
• Ensure fast load times and smooth interactions by optimizing front-end code, images, and other assets.
• Implement best practices for code splitting, lazy loading, and other performance enhancements.
• Maintain and Update Websites:
• Continuously update and maintain websites or web applications to improve functionality, security, and user experience.
• Ensure the code is maintainable, scalable, and reusable.
• Follow Industry Trends:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in front-end development, including new frameworks, libraries, and tools.
• Explore opportunities to improve the development process through automation and modern practices.
• User Testing and Feedback:
• Conduct user testing to gather feedback and make improvements to the interface based on user needs and feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Front-End Technologies:
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Frameworks and Libraries: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte, etc.
• CSS Preprocessors: Sass, LESS
• Version Control: Git/GitHub
• Responsive Design and Web Accessibility:
• Experience with mobile-first and responsive design techniques
• Knowledge of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and accessibility best practices
• Cross-Browser Compatibility:
• Familiarity with browser quirks and ensuring consistent design and functionality across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
• Tools and Workflow:
• Experience with front-end build tools and task runners (Webpack, Gulp, NPM scripts)
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) to work closely with designers
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem Solving:
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in code and optimize front-end performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?600,000.00 per year
