About Team

The Ninjacart technical team boasts of a varied group of professionals from different backgrounds, including programming, design, architecture, databases, devops, security, analytics & machine learning etc. These professionals have a rich experience of numerous years in building cloud based distributed applications for organizations around the world. If there is one thing that excites our technical team, it is that unsolved problem in the agricultural sector that can benefit from a digital solution and bring about a change in many lives.

Our teams work to create what is perhaps the first and the biggest agricultural ecosystem in the world. The ecosystem, which includes the Ninjacart Commerce and Trading platforms, includes farmers, traders, millers, transporters, warehousers, and other entities who contribute to the agriculture business. In our efforts, we strive to extract that lat bit of efficiency that can help optimize costs and yet maximize returns for all players involved.

Job location: Bangalore, KA, IN

Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features as well as maintain and improve the application
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining high-quality standards and brand consistency
• Optimize application to handle high scale
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to implement frontend solutions.
• Follow secure coding practices to avoid vulnerabilities like XSS, CSRF
• Actively participate in code and design reviews to build robust applications.

• Deep understanding of Javascript (ES6) and of at least one test framework
• Overall 6-10 years of Experience in web Development and at least 6 - 9 years\' experience on
• ReactJS Library.
• Curious to learn new things and adopt new standards
• Experience in building at least one frontend application using ReactJS / Angular App (

4) from scratch/ building a product * Good understanding of webpack, CSS preprocessors, react-redux architecture, reduxSaga.

• Understanding of network layer, HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, local storage Strong problem-solving skills and strong command on object-oriented design, algorithms, and other computer science fundamentals.
• Understanding of design frameworks, UX patterns for web
• Ability to think strategically and implement with excellence. A startup mindset - An athlete who can run at the breakneck speed of a the startup, yet someone who can bring method to madness through processes suitable for different stages of the company - early stage prototyping and rapid experimentation, before product/market fit, after product/market fit, and scaling.
