Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Front-End Designer to create visually engaging and user-centered web interfaces. As a Front-End Designer, you will work closely with the UI/UX and development teams to bring digital concepts to life, ensuring each design is intuitive, responsive, and optimized for usability.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Create and implement web interfaces that align with brand guidelines and deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and developers to translate design mockups into interactive and responsive web pages.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for a variety of devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Prototyping: Use design tools to develop interactive prototypes and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Optimization: Focus on performance and accessibility standards to deliver fast, inclusive, and user-friendly designs.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Design Tools: Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools for designing and prototyping.
• Front-End Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, React.js and basic JavaScript to effectively implement designs.
• Responsive Web Design: Expertise in designing layouts that are adaptable across multiple devices.
• Animation & Interactivity: Familiarity with CSS animations, transitions, and basic JavaScript for interactive elements.
• Version Control: Experience with Git to manage design and development assets effectively.

Design & UX Skills

• UI/UX Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in design elements, with a focus on consistency and usability.
• Accessibility: Knowledge of accessibility standards to create inclusive designs for diverse audiences.
• Soft Skills
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to address design and usability challenges creatively.
• Adaptability: Open to feedback and adaptable to evolving design trends and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
