Job Title: Front Desk/Receptionist Summary We are seeking an experienced Front Desk/Receptionist to join our Ahmedabad/Surat office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The Front Desk/Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Department and Management and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. Roles And Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for Management. Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and training sessions. Maintain employee records and update databases. Provide general administrative support to all Departments, including filing, scanning, and data entry. Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience as a Front Desk/Receptionist, preferably in an professional company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration or HR is a plus.
