Job Overview:
The Front Desk Trainee will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Reception:
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and courteously.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage reservations and update the booking system as needed.
• Keep the front desk area tidy and organized.
• Coordination:
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to meet guest needs.
