As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibility is to greet visitors and deliver exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members, and taking messages when necessary.
• Customer Service: Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
• Visitor Management: Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
• Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
• Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars.
• Mail Handling: Sort and distribute mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.).
• Office Supplies Management: Keep an inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
• Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Skills:
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
