• Candidates should have FOA work experience of 5 years in Hotels and proper knowledge in IDS and Win HMS Software .
• Greeting guests : Welcoming guests and creating a positive impression for the company
• Answering calls and emails : Answering phone calls and emails, routing them, and keeping messages
• Managing calendars : Maintaining calendars and schedules for the office and coworkers
• Handling mail and packages : Receiving, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail and packages
• Managing office supplies : Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when needed
• Keeping records : Keeping updated records and files
• Providing customer service : Being friendly, professional, and attentive to clients' needs
• Performing clerical duties : Assisting with administrative support and preparing memos, correspondences, and reports
• Handling complaints and questions : Addressing guest complaints and questions, and helping with basic issues
• Taking on other duties : Taking on other duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements and schedules
