Scheduling : Scheduling appointments and meetings
Administrative tasks : Performing basic administrative tasks like data entry and document filing
Communication : Resolving customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties
Security : Maintaining security by following procedures and monitoring logbook
Housekeeping : Ensuring proper housekeeping arrangements
Inventory : Keeping track of office supplies, inventories, and placing orders as necessary
Patient accounts : Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
