Job Summary:
To oversee the smooth operation of the front office department, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing front office staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
2. Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff, including receptionists, concierges, and bell staff.
3. Front Office Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the front office, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key control.
4. Room Allocation: Manage room allocations, ensuring that guests are assigned suitable rooms and that room inventory is accurately maintained.
