Front Office Receptionist
Are you passionate about providing great customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients? Venus Skin Clinic is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist with basic accounting skills. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they have a positive experience while handling administrative tasks and basic financial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and welcome clients to make them feel comfortable.
• Manage client bookings and appointments efficiently.
• Maintain and update client records, including contact details and service history.
• Handle basic billing, process payments, and manage cash transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the clinic.
• Support general administrative tasks to help clinic operations run smoothly.
Qualifications:
• A degree in any field (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with invoicing or cash handling is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills to manage client inquiries and resolve issues.
