Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Provide basic information to visitors and clients regarding company services, products, and policies.
• Assist with special projects and events as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient front desk operations.
• Uphold confidentiality and security measures related to visitor and client information
