Managing appointments is a critical aspect of the front desk receptionist role in a clinic. Here are some key tasks involved: Scheduling: You'll need to efficiently schedule patient appointments, taking into account the availability of healthcare providers and the needs of the patients. Confirmation: Confirm appointments with patients via phone calls, emails, or text messages. This helps reduce no-shows and ensures the clinic's schedule runs smoothly. Rescheduling: Handle rescheduling requests from patients by finding alternative appointment times and updating the clinic's schedule accordingly. Patient Information: Record patient information accurately, including contact details, insurance information, and reason for the visit. Communication: Communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare providers to ensure everyone is informed about appointment schedules and any changes. Organizational Skills: Maintain a well-organized appointment calendar or software system to keep track of appointments and avoid double bookings. Patient Experience: Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful, and accommodating to patients' needs and concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
