• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Assist with inquiries and provide basic information to callers and visitors.
• Provide administrative support, including sorting and distributing mail, managing appointments, and scheduling meetings.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Relay messages accurately and promptly to the intended recipients.
• Handle emails, faxes, and other forms of correspondence as needed.
• Keep records and logs updated and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, or requests from visitors and employees.
• Act as a liaison between visitors and the appropriate staff members.
