Greet Visitors: Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and Direct Calls: Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Take accurate and detailed messages when necessary.
Coordinate Front Desk Activities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including scheduling, appointments, and managing the flow of visitors.
Provide Information: Offer information about the company and its products to visitors. Direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain Security: Monitor and control access to the office premises by issuing visitor badges and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Manage Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages as needed.
Maintain Clean and Organized Reception Area: Ensure that the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist with Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
Qualifications:1. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.2. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.6.
