Job Description

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
• Coordinate and facilitate office services, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
• Support the organization and execution of company events, meetings, and open houses.
• Provide information to clients and visitors about the company's services and properties.
• Assist clients with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
