Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive provides administrative support, handles guest reception, manages phone calls, organizes files, and maintains office supplies. This role ensures smooth daily office operations and a welcoming environment for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide general information.
• Manage courier dispatch and collections, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Organize and maintain office files (physical and digital), ensuring easy retrieval.
• Assist with basic clerical tasks like data entry and scheduling.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance.
• Monitor daily check-ins and check-outs, ensuring punctuality.
• Track and report absences, late arrivals, and early departures.
• Assist in managing leave requests and updating attendance records.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Previous front desk or administrative experience is a plus.
Preference to female candidate only.
