About Us:

Designer Bodyz is a leading cosmetic hospital dedicated to providing the best in cosmetic surgeries & treatments. We are expanding our team and are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join us as a full-time Front Desk Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar Ensure smooth operation of daily administrative tasks Maintain patient records and assist in billing and documentation Provide information about our services to clients and potential customers Handle inquiries and follow-ups through email and phone Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to handle front desk duties and manage phone calls effectively Prior experience in a receptionist role is a plus, but not mandatory (Freshers are welcome to apply) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
