Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
• Assist guests with reservations, both over the phone and in person.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including keeping supplies stocked and equipment functioning properly.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including reservation and point-of-sale systems.
