:We are currently looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. This role involves managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and creating engaging social media content to promote our services.Job type: Full timeLocation: KochiWorking Hours: 9:30am -6:00pm ( Monday to Saturdays) | 9:30-3:00pm (Sundays)Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries about salon services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our salon management software.
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
- Manage appointment books and handle any scheduling conflicts.
- Process payments and handle cash register transactions accurately.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of salon activities, services, and client transformations.
- Create and post engaging content on our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Female candidates only.
- Candidates from Kerala only.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Salary starts from \xe2\x82\xb98,000 - \xe2\x82\xb910,000 per month.
