The Majesstine Sports, is one of the Biggest Indoor Multi Sports facility in Bangalore located in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying opportunities, and closing deals through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential customers through research and databases.
Make outbound calls and send emails to generate sales leads.
2. Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
3. Sales Cycle Management:
Follow up on leads and close sales deals.
Negotiate terms and pricing with customers.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure smooth post-sales service.
5. Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
6. Customer Feedback:
Gather customer feedback and share insights for product/service improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
