Key Responsibilities:
Customer Reception:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
Ensure a pleasant and seamless customer experience from entry to exit.
Team Coordination:
Coordinate with sales associates and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate customer needs and feedback to the relevant team members promptly.
Billing and Transactions:
Handle billing processes efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
Ensure all transactions are processed correctly and provide customers with invoices/receipts.
Inventory Management:
Inventory Entry:
Accurately enter inventory data into the system, ensuring that all stock is properly recorded.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to keep inventory levels updated and organized.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
Basic Accounts and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.
Assist in preparing daily reports and tracking basic accounts.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or customer service.
Education:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus.
