Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:

A Front Desk Executive serves as the face of an organization, ensuring visitors and clients are warmly welcomed while effectively managing administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to maintain a smooth and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Address inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Handle complaints or escalate them to the concerned authority for resolution.

Reception Area Management:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
• Ensure all materials like brochures, magazines, and company forms are up-to-date and available.

Administrative Support:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory for the front desk area.

Record Management:

• Keep accurate records of visitors through a visitor log or digital system.
• Manage and update the contact directory and client database as needed.

Security and Access Control:

• Verify visitor identification and issue visitor passes when necessary.
• Notify appropriate personnel about visitor arrivals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (Any).
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front desk role is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with phone systems and CRM software.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
