Job Description

Ensure a warm and professional welcome for clients visiting the office. Manage the reception area, creating a comfortable and professional first impression. Act as the initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing them to the appropriate consultant. Follow up with clients after meetings to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

2.Appointment & Meeting Management:



Schedule and manage appointments for consultants, optimizing their time. Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure they are prepared with necessary materials.

3.Administrative Support:



Manage document filing, scanning, and organization systems. Assist consultants in preparing presentations and reports. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including email communication. Draft and send routine correspondence.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,395.41 per month
