• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
• Provide accurate information regarding the organization's services, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges, ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Direct visitors to appropriate departments or staff members.
• Manage the scheduling and booking of meeting rooms.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Handle mail distribution and manage courier services.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate office activities and facilitate communication.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms, stationery).
• Address and resolve basic queries or escalate them to the relevant department when needed.
• Handle complaints or concerns courteously and effectively.
