Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, directing inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments, managing correspondence.
• Maintaining office cleanliness.
• Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and providing support to other staff members as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are usually essential for this role.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work experience as a Receptionist, or a similar role in the same Department.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer and excel.
