:
We are seeking a dynamic Administration Assistant to manage our reception area, greet guests, and ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and handle enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and files.
• Order office supplies and items as needed, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked.
• Coordinate with office help and peons to ensure the office runs smoothly.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing calendars.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and guests.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
