Job Summary: The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for managing the front office, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reception Duties:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to appropriate departments or individuals.
• Handle visitor registration and issue visitor badges.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and room setup.
• Customer Service:
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide information about the company, its products, and services to visitors and clients.
• Facility Management:
• Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls
• Safety and Security:
• Monitor and enforce facility security protocols, including visitor access and emergency procedures.
• Report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.
• Coordination:
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
