We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. Maintain a neat and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams. Handle office administration, records, and basic operational support.

Requirements:



Prior experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Well-groomed, professional appearance. Ability to multitask and manage front-desk operations efficiently.
