Position: Front Desk Executive (Female)

#### Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and dynamic Front Desk Executive to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Reception Management: Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a welcoming attitude and provide assistance as needed.

- Telephone Handling: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual, taking messages when necessary.

- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

- Client Interaction: Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services.

- Office Coordination: Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable. Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment.

- Record Keeping: Maintain and update records, logs, and databases accurately.

- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clients, employees, and management.

- Security Management: Monitor access to the office and ensure compliance with security protocols.

#### Required Skills:

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle queries and issues promptly and efficiently.

- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of office software (MS Office) and familiarity with office equipment (telephone systems, printers, etc.).

- Professionalism: High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

#### Education and Experience:

- Education: Any undergraduate or graduate degree.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
