Job Description

Position: Front Desk Manager
Department: Administration
Location: Delhi
Reports To: Director

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring the highest level of customer service. In addition, this role will handle payroll management and assist the Director with meeting coordination and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:

Oversee and manage the front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
Train, supervise, and schedule front desk staff to ensure optimal performance.
Address and resolve any customer service issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Payroll Management:
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including attendance, leave, and overtime.

Director Assistance:

Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Director, including preparing agendas, booking meeting rooms, and arranging necessary equipment.
Manage the Director's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organized and up to date.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain and update company records and databases.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role.
Experience in payroll management is required.
Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and payroll software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
