Position: Receptionist

Work Experience : 2 years & above

Education : Any Graduate

language Knowledge: English & Hindi

Remuneration : As per the Industry Standards (Commensurate with qualification and relevant work experience).

Job Summary: As a Receptionist at Dr. Bakshi's Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting guests, managing phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and office.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Answering and Managing Phone Calls: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
Take messages and relay them to the relevant staff.
Manage and transfer calls as needed.

Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms.
Notify staff members of scheduled appointments or meetings.

Communication Handling:

• Handle internal and external inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and visitors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
