Position Overview
We are seeking a personable, organized, and efficient Front Desk Associate to join a dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Client Interaction:
• Provide information to clients regarding property listings, office policies, and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for agents and clients.
• Assist with client check-ins and check-outs during property viewings.
Administrative Support:
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain and update client databases and records.
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.
• Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Office Coordination:
• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office remains well-stocked.
• Coordinate with building management on office maintenance and repair issues.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
