The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The receptionist will perform a variety of office duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Positive attitude and customer service-oriented mindset.
