Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and Welcoming Visitors:
• Greet clients, guests, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide them with necessary information or direct them to the appropriate person/department.
• Handling Communication:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Manage emails and correspondence as needed.
• Managing Front Desk Operations:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle visitor logs, ID badges, and security protocols.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Customer Service:
• Address inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Provide general assistance to visitors and staff.
• Coordination:
• Collaborate with other departments for administrative needs.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
