Position : Front Desk Receptionist (Female Required)
Location : Zoo Road, Guwahati
Duty Timings : 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Business: Unisex Hair, Skin, and Body Spa

Overview:
We are seeking a young, talented, and well-groomed female receptionist to manage front desk operations at our premium unisex spa. The ideal candidate will be the face of our business, ensuring a seamless and delightful client experience while contributing to the overall growth of the spa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:
• Greet and welcome clients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
• Answer client inquiries both in person and over the phone, providing detailed information about our services.
• Cash Counter Management:
• Handle payments and maintain accurate daily financial records.
• Social Media Management:
• Create engaging posts and manage responses across social media platforms.
• Promote the spa's services and offers to enhance online visibility.
• Team Coordination:
• Supervise and manage the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain client records and business communications using Microsoft Excel and email.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Handle basic accounting and administrative duties to support the spa's operations.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication.
• Strong leadership and team-handling abilities .
• Basic knowledge of accounts and financial management .

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• Freshers are welcome (experience in a similar role is an advantage).
