We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Executive cum Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a pleasing personality. This role requires handling front desk duties, client interactions, general office coordination, and supporting the HR head with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Client Interaction:
• Assist in handling client inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Coordinate and facilitate client meetings.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients.
• Office Coordination:
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
• Administrative Support:
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Assist with mailings, including writing and distributing emails.
• Maintain and update company records and databases.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• HR Support:
• Assist the HR head with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Help maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees.
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a front desk executive, administrative assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
