To welcome all the visitors with smile and proper greetings and with warm welcome and guide them properly as per their requirements.
To keep tabs on who is coming and going, maintain record and report anything suspicious.
Telephone Operations:
Responsible for EPABX operations. Ensure the immediate response while handling incoming and outgoing calls;
To maintain all call records through EPABX software;
To maintain the records of all Telephone Nos. as well as Ext. Nos.
To handover message to respective person and ensure that message should reach to respective person;
Report telephone equipment and line faults to the IT Manager;
General Housekeeping & Facility Management:
To ensure proper housekeeping arrangements and other facilities on day to day basis and co-ordination with the agencies for the same;
To actively participate in 5-S and ensure for best 5-S in own area Sub zone 1 \xe2\x80\x93 Ground Floor Admin block.
Maintain inward and outward registers:
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments;
To maintain courier inward and outward register and courier sleeps for bill verification and processing;
Additional Office Services:
Provide administrative and general support to the team members;
Assist for recruitment process, including maintain record of candidates and line-up interviews;
Contribute to team-wide communications and knowledge management, and participate in organisation-wide events and discussions on related topics/projects;
In the event of a fire and/or any other emergency requiring staff to leave the building, to be responsible for ensuring that the visitors\xe2\x80\x99 book is removed from Reception and taken to the outside meeting point;
Required Skills:

Good in communication.
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
