Front Desk Officer/ Receptionist (Female)
Location- Ajmer road, Jaipur
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
• Schedule appointments and assist with office calendars.
• Handle correspondence, data entry, and client records.
• Provide information about company products and services.
• Coordinate with teams for customer follow-ups.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of front desk or receptionist experience (preferably in a tech environment).
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of computer terminology is preferred.
• Strong english communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
