Job Summary:
As a Front Office Manager in the real estate sector, you will oversee the front office operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming environment and facilitating smooth interactions between clients, visitors, and the real estate team.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Supervision:
• Supervise and manage the front office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants.
• Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for front office personnel.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for front office operations.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Ensure that all visitors and clients receive a warm welcome and professional service.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Administrative Management:
• Oversee the management of the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Coordinate the scheduling of appointments and meetings for real estate agents and executives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant information.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Implement and monitor office systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage the front office budget, including expenses related to supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Serve as a liaison between clients, visitors, and real estate agents, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the General Manager or Property Manager.
• Technology and Tools:
• Utilize office management software and tools to streamline front office operations.
• Ensure that front office equipment, such as phones, computers, and printers, are functioning properly.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in the real estate sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
