Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves managing front desk operations, greeting guests, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
• Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of office software (MS Office, etc.).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
