The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role requires a professional, courteous, and efficient individual who can manage the front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
Handle visitor logbook and issue visitor passes
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Support HR or Admin team with clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
