u Greet patient and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanour.
u Manage phone calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
u Conduct tele calling campaigns to schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
u Convert inquiries into appointments and ensure high conversion rates.
u Maintain accurate records of patient appointments and stock inventory.
u Handle patient queries efficiently, especially related to hearing aid issues.
u Coordinate with Audiologist and team members to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
u MS Office, MS Word, and Excel proficiently for documentation and reporting tasks.
u Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families. - Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
u Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or reception roles, preferably in a healthcare setting is an extra addon.
u Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, and Excel for documentation and reporting.
u Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
u Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
u Quick learner with the ability to adapt to clinic procedures and patient needs.
u Knowledge of hearing aid issues and related patient queries is a plus.
