Overview: As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the Front Desk Executive will ensure smooth front-office operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage appointments, assist with patient inquiries, and support the medical team in various administrative tasks. Your professionalism and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will directly contribute to the efficiency of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and Assist Patients: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all patients and visitors.
• Manage Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with doctors and patients to ensure an efficient flow.
• Check-In and Check-Out Processes: Handle patient registration, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure that all necessary documentation and payments are processed.
• Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image of the hospital.
• Billing and Payment Collection: Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment collection.
• Support to Medical Team: Assist in the operation theatre and other departments during surgery hours or as required.
• Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or providing the necessary information.
• Administrative Tasks: Help with data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records while upholding strict confidentiality and data security.
• Conflict Resolution: Address challenging situations or conflicts with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for patients.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or reception management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Proficient in appointment scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
