4) Review Bank Account Activity
5) Assigning & Managing Labor Duties
6) Processing Labor Monthly Payments
7) Preparing Daily & Monthly Financial Reports
8) Generation & Submission of Bills & GST Filings
9) Communication with vendors and contractors
10) Review & Approve Weekly Payment Dues to Vendors or Suppliers.
11) Preparing Quotes for Customers and Conversion.
12) Advance Payment Receipt Submissions.
13) Full & Final Payment Confirmation prior to Vehicle Booking
14) Vehicle Bookings Tracking
15) Vehicle Drop-off Finalization - Image Checks & Repair Checks
16) Implementation of Improvements in Work Processes
17) Bike & Car RC, FC, Insurance Information Updating
18) Inventory Management of Maintenance Materials
19) Labor Time Sheet Supervision
20) Handling a Team
21) Handling End-to-End Procurement Processes
22) Advance Payment to Staff and Effective Tracking of the same
23) Call Attendings & Call Follow-ups
24) Updating of daily check-in & check-outs
25) Accounts Maintenance in Excel & Other software
26) Assisting Auditors for Filings & Audits
27) Customer Problem Addressing & Solving It.
