Job description
• Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere
• Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices
• Organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
• Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
• Overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails
• Preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or package
• Upkeep the lobby area neat and clean
• Guiding the clients/visitors to the respective floors/offices
• Qualifications and Experience
• Female Graduate with pleasing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills with 2-3 years hands on experience in handling Front desk operations in a Real estate/ any hospitality/Hotel Industry. Computer skills in MS office is a must.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
