We at Growder Technovations Pvt Ltd hiring Receptionist for our office based at Pal RTO road at Surat Job role : Receptionist(0-1 Yr) Location : Surat Roles & Responsibilities
- Screening phone calls & customer enquiries and transfer calls to intended parties
- Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier
- Attend to visitors, guest, vendor and ensure best hospitality
- Monitor all stationery and pantry stocks, Office Administration
- Ensure cleanliness and office and taking care of office infra.
- Maintain the Asset record of the company and issued IT assets to employees.
- Provide active support in planning event/ function and arrange for tea, snacks, meals etc\xe2\x80\xa6
- Support in all the admin related activities of the company.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company/superior.
- Graduate with in similar role
- Excellent Communication Skill in English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork
- Able to work in short notice or immediatel
- Internet reimbursement
